Nikolas Fragkias is a globally recognized authority in behavioral analysis, micro-facial expression decoding, and strategic communication. He is the founder of Behavioral Analysis Lab International (B.A.L.I.) and the creator of the Dynamic Equilibrium System™, a comprehensive methodology for personal, organizational, and systemic transformation.
Holding a BASc in Psychology, a degree in Computer Programming, and an MBA in Systemic Thinking from Bath University (UK), Nikolas brings together scientific depth and real-world expertise. He has over 30 years of experiencedesigning and delivering high-impact interventions in corporate, therapeutic, and forensic settings. His clients include leading global firms such as Pfizer, Mercedes, and AIG, as well as government agencies and law enforcement.
Nikolas is a Master Trainer in Micro-Expressions, Body Language, Lie Detection, and Interrogation Techniques, and a certified NLP Master Trainer. He serves as the INLPTA National Chapter Coordinator for Greece and Cyprus, Ambassador of Meta International, and International Ambassador of ANLP. .
A gifted meta-communicator, Nikolas is known for his precision in reading human behavior and his ability to map and shift patterns of communication, motivation, and belief. His work blends cutting-edge neuroscience, behavioral science, and ancient wisdom traditions, including Systemic Therapy, Jungian Psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Shamanism, and Yoga.
In addition to academic and professional excellence, Nikolas is a committed humanitarian. He founded the non-profit NLP from the Heart™ during the COVID-19 crisis, providing free psychological support to vulnerable populations, earning the 2022 ANLP International Award for Extraordinary Contribution During the Global Pandemic.
In recent years, Nikolas has become a leading advocate and practitioner of psychedelic-assisted therapy, integrating Plant medicines, and somatic-based trauma work into clinical and research environments. He specializes in trauma-informed facilitation, preparation and integration protocols, and the development of ethical frameworks for legal psychedelic practice in Europe. He is also the founder of the Psyche Institute for Consciousness & Mental Health, a center for psychedelic research, training, and clinical services in Greece.
Nikolas is also an international keynote speaker (TEDx, INLPTA, ANLP, Global NLP Conference,Changemakers World...), trainer-of-trainers, and curriculum designer. His programs—including the 4 Elements Behavioral Model, Meta-Communication, and Embodied Behavioral Decoding—are widely respected for producing lasting personal and systemic transformation.
